With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Jemma brings a genuine understanding of what it takes to support investors and tenants through every step of their journey. She started her career as a receptionist and worked her way up through the property management hierarchy, building strong foundations, earning trust, and developing the expertise that now underpins her role as Business Manager.

Having moved to the Gold Coast in 2008 from the Central Coast in NSW, Jemma completed her senior schooling on the northern end of the GC before beginning her real estate career. Living locally has shaped her love for the industry, and she’s passionate about the beautiful homes and communities that make the Gold Coast such a special place to live.

What she enjoys most is the connection, building long-term relationships with investors and tenants, and making a real difference by helping people secure the right rental and helping investors feel confident in their decisions. For Jemma, real estate isn’t just about property, it’s about people, trust and providing support when it matters most.

Known for her ability to combine strategic insight, relationship leadership and growth execution, Jemma brings clarity to what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Outside of work, you’ll find Jemma enjoying quality time with her family, long lunches with friends, and soaking up everything the Gold Coast lifestyle has to offer, especially the beaches.
